What will I need to make my own Invitations?

• Personal computer & printer (ink jet or laser will work just fine)
• Adobe Photoshop Elements (any version) or Adobe Photoshop (any version) or any other program that will open and run .psd files
• Use your own or purchase online 8.5" x 11" paper cardstock and envelopes to print your social stationery. Use our complimentary design supply planning worksheet to help you organize your project.
• Many of our designs feature a specialty background layer or component. If you like this look, you will also need to use your own or purchase online enough cardstock for your individual project. Use our complimentary design supply planning worksheet to help you organize your project.
• Use your own paper adhesive (optional depending on design) or purchase from our online store.
• Portable Paper Trimmer (optional) or access to a local print shop that has a paper cutter recommended.

What program/software do I need?
All Play with Digital products in digital format and are designed to print on your own paper using your own personal computer. Fonts shown in above example are Gissele and Arial. Fonts Sold Seperately. All templates and digital files and are designed to be used with Adobe Photoshop Elements (get 30-day free trial of Photoshop Elements) or Adobe Photoshop, CS, CS2 (get 30-day free trial of Photoshop CS2).

I've never used PhotoShop, can I do this on my own?
With each Play with Digital product purchase, you will have exclusive access to our online video tutorials that show you step-by-step how easy it is to change type to your preferences. (Try before you buy.) We also provide advance techniques for those interested in customizing their design further depending on the design. Paper and envelopes are sold seperately to allow you as much freedom as possible in customizing your design to fit your personal preferences.

Where do I get the paper for my invitations?
For your convenience, we also offer paper recommendations that can be purchased at the time you purchase your design template or later. All our papers are sold 8.5" x 11" and can be cut in bulk (along with your printed stationery invitation elements) to precisely your desired measurements at a local print shop.

• All our templates are designed to be printed on photo-quality matte or lustre finish heavy paper or a white quality smooth finish card stock found at any office supply store or on our Web site.
• Our designers have gone through our entire paper and envelope collection and have made suggestions as to complimentary papers to use as layers or enhancements as well as recommmendations on coordinating envelopes.
• Your envelope size will be dictated by the final size of invitation you choose to create.

How do I receive my digital product after I purchase?
After purchasing your order, you will be redirected to an Order History page in your Play with Digital personal account. The digital products you purchased will be found under the "Digital Goods" section. You can begin downloading by clicking on the name of the item you purchased.

Once purchased, how long do I have to download my digital product?
Digital products are available to download for 48 hours but can only be downloaded once.

How are my items shipped?
All digital products are available for immediate download after completed payment. If your order weighs less than 12 lbs it will be shipped USPS. All orders weighing more than 12 lbs will be shipped UPS Ground. More on shipping...

What is your return policy?
No returns are allowed for Play with Digital or paper/envelope orders. There are no refunds on any digital Play with Digital products. If you experience any difficulty with your purchase, please contact us immediately for assistance. If you have any questions about paper orders or our full line of digital products, please feel free to contact us before ordering. We also provide a sample, so you can try it before you purchase. Paper samples are also available for $.50 each.
